There are 2 different ways to connect for teletherapy through Google Hangouts Meet - COMPUTER or SMARTPHONE. For video teletherapy, you must first have a Gmail account. It's free and easy to sign up. If you already have a Gmail account, you're all set. You can also access a secure, audio-only session without a Gmail account through Hangouts Meet. This platform ensures that your private healthcare information is kept confidential and secure.
Your therapist will send you an appointment invite through the email you currently have on file with BZA. If you need to update and or add an email on file please contact our front office (Ext 808).
New and existing clients will also need to sign (electronically) a Consent For Teletherapy Form to ensure confidentiality.
