- Initial Assessment: $190
- Therapy (60 minutes): $160
- Therapy (45 minutes): $140
- Family Therapy: $150
- Group Therapy: $65
- Consultation Sessions: $30 per quarter hour
- Neuropsychological Testing (estimate): $3,100 - $3,600
BZA Psychiatry Service Rates and Fees
- Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation: $250
- Medication Evaluation (15 minute follow up): $100
- Medication Evaluation (30 minute follow up): $130
- Medication Evaluation (45 minute follow up): $170
*Additional rates may apply based on services provided.
BZA No Show/Cancellation Fees
Appointments that are missed or cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a no show or cancellation fee.
- Therapy: $100 per missed session
- Group Therapy: $40 per missed session
- Neuropsychological Testing: $250
- Psychiatry: $50 per quarter hour scheduled
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits. We are in network with most insurance plans. We can also provide you with the necessary paperwork to bill your out of network insurance. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
