Dr. Jeff Bondora is co‑owner and a licensed clinical therapist at BZA Behavioral Health with 25 years of experience in the field. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Social Sciences and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Concordia University Chicago. Jeff provides individual and family therapy for older children, adolescents, and adults, and has clinical experience in schools, community agencies, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, crisis services, and private practice.
His treatment specializations include ADHD management, anxiety, parenting and school‑related challenges, men's issues, sports performance, and life coaching. He has coached sports for many years, bringing practical experience and mental skills coaching to his work with athletes and teams. In his administrative and leadership roles he develops innovative programming, hires and trains staff, and consults with other organizations; he also offers consultation for Master’s‑level therapists. Known for his down‑to‑earth, integrative and collaborative approach, Jeff combines evidence‑based practices with a strengths‑based perspective. He is a father of two teenagers, which informs his practical, family‑centered work with the people and organizations he serves.
