Telehealth Appointments

Our behavioral therapists and prescribers are licensed to provide care only in the state of Illinois. By scheduling and attending a telehealth appointment, you agree to be physically located in Illinois during your session.

If you are outside of Illinois at the time of your appointment, you must inform your clinician at the beginning of the session. Together, you will determine whether the appointment can proceed or if it should be rescheduled for a time when you are in Illinois. Additionally, to ensure privacy and confidentiality, all telehealth sessions must take place in a private setting with no other individuals present.
