Jess earned her Master's degree from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at UIC. She brings a diverse range of experience to her practice, including inpatient hospitalization, psychiatric emergency services, and adult residential care. Her clinical expertise encompasses working with LGBTQ+ clients of all ages, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, children aged 7 and older, survivors of domestic violence, and adolescents and adults exhibiting high-risk behaviors. In July 2024, Jess completed her Level III training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with its founder, Richard Schwartz. She integrates various trauma-informed modalities into her work, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. Additionally, she employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide comprehensive support to her clients.
