Nicole is a Licensed Social Worker with a holistic approach to mental healthcare. Nicole has the majority of her experience in crisis work as well as with children/adolescents. Nicole is committed to client centered care through the use of trauma-informed practice. She values developing a strong therapeutic alliance to empower individuals towards their goals. Nicole utilizes mostly solutions and strengths-focused perspectives such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Nicole earned her Masters of Social Work at the Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois Chicago. Nicole is excited to provide therapy to clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
