Samantha Lhotak, LSW, earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in May 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Social Work at Aurora University in 2023. Her practice includes working with children, families, and adults in both outpatient and school settings.

Samantha has a particular passion for supporting children in developing coping and regulation skills. She has experience working with emotional dysregulation, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and related challenges. She utilizes a trauma-informed, skills-based approach to help clients build practical strategies for growth and resilience.

She takes a holistic approach by focusing on each individual’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Guided by a strength-based perspective, Samantha works to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories, set meaningful goals, and move toward healing. She believes that each client is the expert of their own lived experience and values collaboration with clients and families throughout the therapeutic process.
