Consultation & Supervision Services

The consultation and Supervision programs at BZA adhere to the Code of Ethics for Social Workers, Counselors and Psychologists by facilitating regular consultation and supervision for all clinical providers. BZA Behavioral Health is available for both individual and group consultation, as well as individual and group supervision.

Consultation Services

BZA is proud to offer clinical consultation for licensed counselors, social workers, and clinical psychologists. Consultation is an important piece of professional growth and development, and clinicians benefit from a collaborative discussion of cases and best practices from our team of highly trained and experienced professionals.

We offer both individual and group consultation to be scheduled as needed (predominantly during daytime hours, with limited evening availability). Consultation groups will be open-groups to encourage feedback and collaboration from mental health professionals with different experiences and backgrounds.

OR

Supervision Services

BZA is excited to offer clinical supervision for unlicensed providers working towards licensure (LCSW, LCPC).  Our providers have years of experience working with graduate students through pre-licensed providers, and truly enjoy a collaborative supervision approach. Hone your skills and grow as a practitioner by learning new techniques.

We offer both individual and group supervision to be scheduled during day and evening hours.  Supervision groups are closed-groups and will include up to 5 participants, as well as a supervisor with the appropriate licensure.

Please note: Our Consultation & Supervision services can be combined with our Training & CEU Membership.

Focus areas for Supervision and Consultation are general in nature but may also include:

  • Trauma Informed Care
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • EMDR
  • School-based interventions
  • Community-based care
