Jessica’s approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from family systems, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. In her practice, she emphasizes creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and free from judgment. Jessica believes therapy is not only a space for processing difficult emotions, but also for experiencing joy, insight, and transformation. While sessions may bring tears at times, they are equally filled with laughter, lightheartedness, and kind human moments; a reminder that we are not alone and that healing and meaningful change are always possible.
